This could change the way our government currently works and change the face of Washington and how it works. Hopefully the SCOTUS will do the right thing and force congress and the President to do the same. To do their damn jobs openly and in view of the public instead of government by the unelected bureaucrats. There will be huge pushback by the current lazy corrupt politicians and the deep state if the SCOTUS rules against the EPA. But, this could be the beginning of a return of power to the people.

Always looks good on paper, but hard to image Congress, which moves at glacial speed, could ever make a decision on clean air or clean water. I guess if you want to go back to polluted rivers and breathing smog filled air, you'll hope WV prevails.

More Dems will jump ship. They aren't giving up their re-e******n campaign money. Twiddle-De (Obama) and Twiddle-Dumber (Biden) have an e******n that's slipping away fast. Biden is around 35% and Harris is polling even lower. What does he do now? Wh**ever he is told to do. Macron is the Central Bankers' most favored, child. And he certainly doesn't plan on being recalled... so Biden must go. The Left has another conundrum to solve.

Then Trump will expose Macron stole his e******n too. The take-down has begun. Thankfully, the elites hid 150 years of food in the DUMBs, enough to feed every man, woman, and child in America. And the baton is being passed to Xi, to clean out the DUMBs in Taiwan. Just my opinion, but I'm a conspiracy nut.

My advice, give a donation to Trump at WinRed.Com before the end of the month. It'll bump up his FEC stats and money. Or you can live with Biden for four more years? For me and my house, it's an easy call. H****r couldn't pay his hooker in China and old Joe sent him money to cover it. After all, H****r was paying the entire family expenses, plus giving dad 10% off the top. And H****r is the smartest man Biden knows. Oh, what a tangled web they have woven, for themselves. And all those judges Trump installed are turning out to be roses and strict conservative Constitutionalists. Exactly, what we needed and what they have shown they're capable of, ridding us of the swamp and their crazy, self-destructive laws, or the way they interpret our Constitution. And Q or JFK Jr. has returned and I think he said July the 8th he would reveal himself. And Trump will have his new VP, to replace Pence heading into Nov. WWG1WGA & MAGA!!! The time is now or never, join the Patriots in taking our country back... there will never be another chance. But as always, it's your decision.

So your argument is, since politicians are incompetent, we need to be governed by unelected bureaucrats? Shouldn't we be demanding that politicians actually do their jobs instead. I mean, why have a congress at all if we can't expect them to do anything anyway or are they there just to give us the illusion of a representative republic?

You know , that’s just what I was thinking.

Either that or he really enjoys k*****g babies and h**es women. If he gets arrested he'll be released in 24 hours or less. Not the way I ever saw my country even in my wildest dreams. I agreed with Reagan, we're a light on a hill and we draw legal and i******s. Legals want to contribute and i******s steal, what we created for our children.

You haven't any idea what you're talking about. Congress passes laws, government agencies enforce them. For instance, the FAA regulates air traffic. What you're saying they shouldn't be allowed to force the airlines to obey a new rule, only congress? Doesn't seem to safe.

Politicians haven't been passing laws for a very long time now. Congress only passes ideas for laws. They let the bureaucrats and special interests write and amend the actual laws at will without congressional input after congress passes the rough idea. Government agencies have been writing the laws after the fact for a very long time.

Yes, what I am saying is, Congress is suppose to v**e on the completed laws and that includes new rules which are in essence new laws. As you said, the executive branch is only suppose to "enforce them" (laws). It is not suppose to write new laws. Only congress, but, congress has been passing their responsibilities and power to the executive branch for a very long time.

Guess we will see how the SCOTUS rules on this next case. However, if they rule against the FAA's power it could lead to a sea change in the way the federal government has been run. Laws would have to be written and v**ed on publicly by the congress. After they are written. Not before.
