In the old testament which is the history of the Jewish people the ten commandments were given to Moses. since the old testament is also the basis for the Christian religion which is continued in the New Testament the same set of rules would naturally be adopted. The moronic implication that it was stolen from the Jews is typical of the concepts that the atheists come up with to insult those they have disdain for.The assumption that it was a Christian who h**ed the Jews who demolished the stone with the ten commandments on it is typical of such a "thought" pattern. More likely it was an atheist who h**es all religion because he is afraid of the t***h. Or perhaps just a stoned nut job. YA THINK IT COULD BE THE LATTER?
Actually, Jesus was a Jew therefore the Commandments belonged to him and he provided the teaching of it to the Goy. The gentile has as much claim to the Commandments as any Jew ever had. T***h does not begin or stop with a religion. But, religion can not being or stop without t***h. Take this from the only (as far as I can discern) practicing Jew on OPP.
Anyway, I do doubt that the individual in this article was a Christian. It would seem that his beliefs and hope was placed in the one instructing him. Motive is quoted: "Allison says the man admitted to destroying the monument and claimed Satan told him to do it." It would also seem that he is not a conservative. The Civil Liberties Union of Oklahoma has been suing to have the Commandments removed. Therefore this man, apparent Liberal, listened to the voice in his head and took matters in his own hands and destroyed the Commandments as desired by the Civil Liberties Union a very Liberal organization. Failing in having the Commandments removed, they are now suing to have a statute of Satan erected. Perhaps this man was just making space for their true god.
I pity this man. I hope that one day he will receive treatment and medications for his delusions and makes a recovery from this break in reality.
christians are petrified with their fear of satan. Atheists do not believe in any of that false crap

And you Sir are about as stupid as you can get. No one is forcing their religion on you, so why do you force your non-religion on others? I really don't care if you worship satan, but you have no say in anything other people do. You don't believe any of that Christian crap??? That's fine with me, just start thinking up a good excuse for judgement day, because you are really going to need it.
He worships satan and h**es Obama, how is that possible in the fox news world.
Stranger events occur in the strange world of fox and conservatism

Religion sucks. Keep religion separate from government.
Thou shalt not k**l. But then according to the BIBLE God commanded the jews to k**l people. Am I the only person in the sane world who notices that this is a complete contradiction? What do you think auntie E ?

The slaughter of Israels enemies may appear to you to be inconsistent with the actions of a loving people and that of their God. But, the slaughter is not inconsistent, indeed it show great love for Israel and others. Archaeology has clearly proven that the moral conditions of these people both judged and slaughtered by God was so depraved that they frequently sacrificed children and further there is evidence that cannibalism was an accepted practice. So, was Gods judgment too harsh for these people? Or was he in reality protecting the Israelites from adopting from these religions? In my opinion, God gave more than ample time for these people to accept Him and turn away from Pagan worship, some 400 years. God, in my opinion, ordered their judgment in order to protect Israel and their development as a nation.
I often think about God and those that elect not to believe in Him and I think that I stumbled onto the heart of the problem. Those that do not believe want to harmonize Gods justice, holiness and t***h with His love, mercy, and compassion. I do not think that a problem would exist if we reversed this that is how to harmonize His love, mercy and compassion with His justice, holiness and t***h. Instead of wondering why a loving, merciful, and compassionate God destroyed the Canaanites or the Amalekites, why not wonder why a just, holy and true God was patient with them for such a long time considering their totally degraded behavior. Indeed, in view of the absolute holy character of God as presented in the Bible, why does he bear with any of us? This is the mystery which finds its answer in Gods love.
Furthermore, I find it strange that men and women today who challenge Christianity, using as one of their reasons the slaughter of men, women, and children, are often supportive of a******n which is nothing less that the true slaughter of innocent children by the millions.
