That could very well be, but they can't mandate it because SCOTUS has said that it goes against the Constitution.

I don't know - probably. The military no longer resembles the proud moniker that it was given by the corporate Z*****ts.
My grandson tells me that some kids, who desperately wanted out of the Army, gave up & committed suicide. That's what the Army was planning for them anyway.
