It can only be done if someone files a case. To my knowledge, they need a current case to proceed in such matters.

I think he stopped short of saying they should be overturned but said it might be time to review them.

Strange he made mention of several cases that needed to be reviewed but didn't mention the Loving case that made mixed race marriages legal. Nothing in the Constitution about that, oh but that would affect his life.

Excuse me, it's the people residing in a given State that decide what they think is best for themselves and their children. We the People have the power.
If you don't like the people that know their rights come from God, not politicians, you need to leave that State and move to one of the States that supports q***r and degenerative behavior and will farm your children for that mindshare. You have the Free Will to do so, and no one will stop you.

If rights come from god not man’s law your most basic right is deciding where to live. Is it safe to assume you believe god gave anyone who wants to move to the US the right to do so?

Number one I raised my son to be a fine outstanding young man who looks past your grotesque narrow minded thoughts.
Number Two: I pay taxes in Alabama, probably more than the majority of citizens. I opened a business that still employs over 35 people and payed their required taxes also. I can live anywhere I want to as long as I cause no harm to another.
