The Democrats have a big problem, Joe Biden is not liked and his successor, Kamala Harris is liked even less. As the midterms draw near, there are murmurs that Biden will step down after the midterms, but it's the level of hatred they have towards Kamala - can we see another Nixon-like move where the VP is swapped out before the President resigns?
