Who cares? It gave people a chance to prepare for the right wing activist court to set women's rights back by half a century. For instance in Michigan there is a successful petition drive to put reproductive rights in the state constitution. Their wouldn’t have been time to do so before the midterms without the leak. This will drive young and suburban women to the polls in November and they won’t be kind to the scum that enabled this attack on their rights and autonomy.

See, it is exactly what the court intended. It is a states rights issue.

Problem is the Democrats will continue to try to push it into the federal government takeover of states rights column and away from the states. V**ers on both sides of the issue in each state should pursue a state by state solution. Not a federal e******n issue. But they won't. Democrats won't allow it.

Viability is a moving target but when the political b***hing is over and the smoke clears I suspect that most of the states on elective a******ns will fall between 12 and 20 weeks except in medically necessary situations. Same place as most of the people and the majority of the world have already decided. However the power to decide, at least on this one issue, will have been returned to the states and the people and away from the elites in Washington.
