Why exclude TESLA from an EV Summit

According to this article, TESLA makes 2/3 of all EV's.

I guess that sort of answers the question on how much power unions have in the Democratic party.

If it wasn't for "pay to play" the Bidens and most of the Democrat politicians would be broke.
