He's effectively shut down the oil industries in our country by more regulations denying permits and making it so they lose money should they produce. It is his fault period and you can blame corporate greed but if you were in their place financially you wouldn't do it either. It's as simple as that. He literally lacks any form of leadership ability past what will make money for him.
