It's his company, he doesn't have to cater to "how his employees" are seen or "their values". That's like me working a stripper pole then whining about the message seen on billboards, when they show a girl upside down on a pole. We don't want to be seen like that-go work somewhere else!

Did these employees think they had some kind of special protection against dissing their boss?? Obviously they found out the hard way that they did not!
