If you read down the article from Fox news, you would see the stats of deaths in NYC from f******l. 2,400 a year. The ad campaign is trying to reduce that number. So what is your problem with this? A no judgement zone for safe injections?
I am not condoning illegal drug use. However, I was addicted to nicotine and it took me ten years to kick the habit. It is not easy to be an addict. A little compasion would go a long way here.

So many other drugs than f******l. Not starting to do drugs is optimal, but why do one that is being flooded into our country by the CCP and the cartels. A drug proven to be a fast k**ler. Why encourage people to do so. The entire premise is ridiculous AND inhumane. Nothing to do with compassion.
