Laws cannot stop a criminal from being a criminal

3500 years ago, a man named Moses, went up on a mountain and came back to his people with 10 laws. These laws we know are the "Ten Commandments" or the Mosaic Code. Hannibal's Code is similar. Therefore we can agree that these ten simple laws ought to be followed.


1. Thou shall have no other God’s before me.
2. Thou shalt not make any idols (Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven images.)
3. Thou shalt not take the Lord, thy God's name in vain.
4. Thou shalt keep holy the Sabbath Day
5. Honor Thy Father and Mother
6. Thou shalt not murder
7. Thou shalt not commit adultery
8. Thou shalt not steal.
9. Though shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.
10. Thou shalt not covet.



These ten simple to read, and understand, laws have been broken from the time they were written until now. These laws are 3500 years old.

Because these simple rules were not being followed and factions of humanity began to use them as a tool to compound the laws already written, rights were established by men that were deemed inalienable. That among these rights were Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. To protect these inalienable rites the following rights to be used as an example of a right were written into Law by the founding fathers of this great nation these ten rights are listed here:


Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment II
A well regulated M*****a, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Amendment III
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the M*****a, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment VIII
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.


Now some can say, that God-the-Father established the Mosaic Code, and God-the-Son established the Bill of Rights. Which all may be true, but that is up to the reader to decide that.

So for 3500 years, the mortal sin of Murder has been prohibited, as well as the mortal sin of adultery, theft, bearing false witness, and coveting. Yet all five sins yet continue to be exercised. Although 3500 years ago there was no such thing as a "Gun" there was a such thing as the sword and the arrow. In modern times, the gun took the place of both the sword and the arrow. But all three weapons or "arms" are just as deadly if used in their intended function and purpose.

Life is precious, and valuable for the person living. For a mortal man cherishes his life, but does not hesitate to lay down his life in defense of his family, friends, community, State, and Country. Therefore life is valuable and priceless. By depriving some one of life, one commits the mortal sin of murder, as well as violating the right to life. What right does the imperfect have to decide who is to live or die?

In the same turn, what right in wisdom is there to decide who should be defended and who should not? The answer is all should be defended because all are born with the inalienable right of Life. Because of this reason and the expense of this defense, it is more wise to allow the individual decide on his own defense, rather then have it forced upon him. For if it is forced upon him, who decides how that defense is executed? Therefore the reason where murder is justified, is when it is in self defense of one's own life or that of their family, community, state or country.

Some will compare a gun law, or restrictions on the second amendment, concerning arms, as like a beer or a drivers license. Although the argument on the surface appears to be sound there are flaws with this sort of thinking. A mad man will not follow the law, when he becomes enraged, so regardless of what age the assailants are, the basic physical premise remains: Laws do not protect anyone, whether or not they are written in ink or in stone. But a shield will protect the person. Therefore, the right of self-defense is the only physical barrier between life and death. The Mosaic Code has been used to harm the innocent. This was done by the reconciliation of the breaking of the law.

Human beings can mature into following the law as written. As was shown in 7000 years of human existence. Therefore, the solution to mass shootings is not the removal of defense from the innocent, but to eliminate the guilty. The method to do so is to raise children to respect authority with in the family. Bring back the family and these issues will cease. This has been proven numerous times, throughout history. Why would a warrior, who is good at what he does, seek to stop being a warrior?

Perhaps it is the horror of the sin, what causes a prostitute or a thief to quit sinning? Perhaps its the horror of the sin. Therefore, a mother and a father can raise a child to do two things for the fidelity of the nation: 1. follow the established rules and laws, and 2. forgive. When done properly in fidelity to themselves and indirectly to the community, does the community grow together strong. But once one member of the family is attacked.....like the father..... then we see that the community suffers. Same holds true with the mother, the son and the daughter.

Some circles are calling a return to God. I am calling for the return of the fidelity we all enjoyed between us, God, and our communities who all have a common goal. To live in peace, with liberty, and justice for all.

THe word for today is infringe, as in the right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed. No Liberal has ever learned that word.

Either way, by infringing on the right of the people to bear arms, prevents them from defending themselves against those who violate the ten commandments especially "thou Shalt not murder". This, since the government is made up of people, and since people are the only one who can violate any law, what makes the people of the government any different from the people they are governing?

Look folks, walls, and structures don't stop the murderer but they do help defend and deter the sinner.

If a person is determined enough to murder they will murder. Those individuals ought to be either exiled or put to death(The ultimate form of exile). This exile should be in the form of a prison or political, since the sinner is a threat to the community.

Weapons like the wall, structures, or even the law are just tools to help us cope with the sinner. For those who do not understand what constitutes a sinner then understand the simplicity of the mosaic code. Any violation of the ten commandments is a sin. The sin creates a debt to the community where payment of any sin is death. This is true across all cultures. The act of penance and reconciliation, forgives that sin. At the time where the mosaic code was fulfilled, humans matured to the point where the law was sowed in to their hearts. This provided self government which established unalienable rights to preserve life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Under this enlightened perspective, it is necessary for a free society to defend itself.

Self governance is an idea that was first given to the Israelites then the Christians, then the Americans but it is the soul longing to be free that keeps self government central to an individual but that upsets collective thinking.

When the collective is upset violence follows to distill fear in the individual. It is here that the family dynamic is important. Within the dynamic is a yearning to stay the course of freedom in the individual. But with a rise in crime, soring fuel prices, and a******n plaguing the family unit the collective destroyed more than it helps. Due to that reason, individual self governance will allow the individual to overcome naturally the bonds of the collective. Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Tesla, they all are examples of how they dealt with the bonds of progressive collectivism, and for themselves and their families, overcame the failures of progressivism. Even Mark Twain revolted against collectivism in his literature Tom Sawyer. Here Mark made fun of the failures of the collective.

It is wise to share the load in a collective and in many ways is successful like the Roman marching techniques, however this holds the individual to a high moral standard of discipline. Without individualism the will to succeed is not there. And a free person cannot be forced or in that case ens***ed. No will no work all perish. As far as the USA is concerned, if only those elected to their positions would do their jobs in the manner that the position was created in the first place, then we would not be in this mess. The willingness to pick and choose what duty to fulfill is derilection of duty. Government is restricted by the will of the people, and to govern effectively one does the people's will not the other way around.

When in the course of human events, when the government orders the people to the whims of the government, that government is doomed to die. But when the abuse of that order is continued, before the government dies, the people under that government pays for everything. Think about it.

Be anxious for NOTHING.
That nothing includes all of the stuff that the liberals and foreign people are doing. Do I agree with it? No! But it’s not the “end of the world”, or is it?

Ranger, you speak what every conservative knows in their hearts. I, for one, greatly admire your ability to put it into simple and compelling prose. Thank you for the effort and time it took to compile these posts. I pray that some of our leftwing friends bother to read them, and perhaps a few will have their eyes opened a little.
They have declared us the enemy of our mutual society, when all we desire is to see it continue in freedom, and to see it succeed for all of us. We want to keep and preserve what is good and right, and improve and correct the myriad things that are wrong.

God has a way of solving multiple problems with one action. History, both ancient and modern history of the human race proves that. But we too can do the same by repairing the family. That is one father and one mother. That teach thier children one mother and one father. Bring back "the family that prays together, stays together"

For our prosperity we need our family's to stay together. Our wealth is in our families not in gold, the dollar or oil but our families. We must focus on the family. Repair the broken family and these mass shootings will stop. Theft will stop, adultery, and bearing false witness will stop.

Repair the American family and make it like God's family, good and pure. That's how we win, and become strong again. It's not too late.

But it will take strong men and women to help make our families holy again! Courageous, brave, smart, families. That's what makes a nation. The Democrats and Republicans can't get along but we Americans with strong families can! What say you? Shall we raise free and brilliant young men and women or shall we succumb to the whims of those who deny nature and nature's God? Agreed. I have been saying the same for many years. I also consider the single great solution to many of our worst ills is people believing in God. When a person, be it man woman or child, knows that there will be an afterlife, and he/she will be judged on his actions, it provides a powerful POWERFUL incentive for morality and integrity. The number of suicides, murders, and mass shootings will drop to near zero, and will be primarily done by those who are serious out of touch with reality......and not those who are simply depressed and hopeless. When you see no joy in life, no belief in a happy afterlife, and no fear of judgment, then ending it all becomes a considered option, as does taking others along with you. Knowing a loving but stern Father is waiting for me certainly has impacted MY choices!

Good for you and yours. God bless you! We need to teach the young that life is not all roses and candy but life doesn't suck either. Life has elements of both but it doesn't have to be so bad and it may not get really good either....it's truly neutral where you decide whether it's good or bad. We have the right to determine our own destiny and with a little effort, a little faith in God, we can all achieve wh**ever goal we choose. But we must remember that with God we can accomplish anything and with out God we accomplish nothing.

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment II
A well regulated M*****a, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Amendment III
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the M*****a, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Amendment VII
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment VIII
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.


Now some can say, that God-the-Father established the Mosaic Code, and God-the-Son established the Bill of Rights. Which all may be true, but that is up to the reader to decide that.

So for 3500 years, the mortal sin of Murder has been prohibited, as well as the mortal sin of adultery, theft, bearing false witness, and coveting. Yet all five sins yet continue to be exercised. Although 3500 years ago there was no such thing as a "Gun" there was a such thing as the sword and the arrow. In modern times, the gun took the place of both the sword and the arrow. But all three weapons or "arms" are just as deadly if used in their intended function and purpose.

Life is precious, and valuable for the person living. For a mortal man cherishes his life, but does not hesitate to lay down his life in defense of his family, friends, community, State, and Country. Therefore life is valuable and priceless. By depriving some one of life, one commits the mortal sin of murder, as well as violating the right to life. What right does the imperfect have to decide who is to live or die?

In the same turn, what right in wisdom is there to decide who should be defended and who should not? The answer is all should be defended because all are born with the inalienable right of Life. Because of this reason and the expense of this defense, it is more wise to allow the individual decide on his own defense, rather then have it forced upon him. For if it is forced upon him, who decides how that defense is executed? Therefore the reason where murder is justified, is when it is in self defense of one's own life or that of their family, community, state or country.

Some will compare a gun law, or restrictions on the second amendment, concerning arms, as like a beer or a drivers license. Although the argument on the surface appears to be sound there are flaws with this sort of thinking. A mad man will not follow the law, when he becomes enraged, so regardless of what age the assailants are, the basic physical premise remains: Laws do not protect anyone, whether or not they are written in ink or in stone. But a shield will protect the person. Therefore, the right of self-defense is the only physical barrier between life and death. The Mosaic Code has been used to harm the innocent. This was done by the reconciliation of the breaking of the law.

Human beings can mature into following the law as written. As was shown in 7000 years of human existence. Therefore, the solution to mass shootings is not the removal of defense from the innocent, but to eliminate the guilty. The method to do so is to raise children to respect authority with in the family. Bring back the family and these issues will cease. This has been proven numerous times, throughout history. Why would a warrior, who is good at what he does, seek to stop being a warrior?

Perhaps it is the horror of the sin, what causes a prostitute or a thief to quit sinning? Perhaps its the horror of the sin. Therefore, a mother and a father can raise a child to do two things for the fidelity of the nation: 1. follow the established rules and laws, and 2. forgive. When done properly in fidelity to themselves and indirectly to the community, does the community grow together strong. But once one member of the family is attacked.....like the father..... then we see that the community suffers. Same holds true with the mother, the son and the daughter.

Some circles are calling a return to God. I am calling for the return of the fidelity we all enjoyed between us, God, and our communities who all have a common goal. To live in peace, with liberty, and justice for all.

It seems the rest of the party has taken it upon themselves to apply also more bulls**t, cows**t etc. Although everything that you've posted is correct, it does take something away.

No man or woman, no human being is above the law. If Jesus Christ who is both man and God, is not above the law then what makes a president above the law?
