Politifact, a non allied fact cheaking organation, has a whole article on Tucker's repeated touting of that theory, and the Buffalo shooter saying he was inspired bt Tucker. Just search for Tucker Carlson replacement theory. There are lots of articles, because Tucker said a lot of w***e s*********t stuff over a long time.

Unfortunately, and falsely, the MSM and most l*****ts consider pointing out simple, provable, and obvious facts to be 'w***e s*******y' stuff. So it is hard to take such a statement seriously.
As to the 'replacement theory'......well, I do not know about that, since I do not know about the specifics of the theory. What I DO know is that the Democrats have been pushing for effectively open borders for decades. They have fought tooth and nail against ANY efforts to stop or control the flow of i******s into the United States. They are offering incentives and invitations to the i*****l i*******ts, and making them as welcome as they can to move into our country. And they are trying to ease the new comers into being able to v**e legally. In President Biden, they have a happily willing tool to that process. Are the looking to 'replace' White people with POC? Probably not.
What they ARE trying to do, is bring into America as many poor and uneducated POC as possible to v**e for the Democrat Robin Hood policies in order to keep the Democrat party in permanent power. Do you deny that? Careful.....think before you answer! It is both a t***h test AND an IQ test.
