Putin is threatening our power grids if we don’t stay out of his way so he can do his destructive deeds on whom ever he has a mind to. I am just wondering because I don’t know, does Russia have power grids?? If not - what?? Isn’t there such a thing as tit for tat?? I am s**k of all these sick threats. Maybe we should make some of our own.

I don't know about their grids, but i***t slojo gave putin a list of, I believe, 16 cyber targets in the U.S. that he wasn't allowed to hack. So putin has his list of targets to start with.

Russia’s “power grid” is tenuous at best. Most folks there, probably wouldn’t miss it much.

Think of what life in America was like before WWII. Most rural Russians don’t have indoor water and still heat with wood.

If you don't like threats, start with biden. Putins threats, if real, are only in response to biden's threats.

Of course, large urban areas are fairly modern.

The thing that “gets me” is the attitude Russians have about their government. We believe that our government is “by the people; for the people”. Russians view government as an entity which simply “runs the show”, but, they know they don’t have much say about what goes on. By the same token, Russians don’t expect much “help” or “assistance” from government. Government tends to be localized and operates in a corrupt manner. Success often depends upon how much swagger and influence you can impose on others in your community.

So my next question is, what’s powering those urban areas where probably the elite meet.those are the spots that should be targeted- not where the lesser people reside. I’m sure Putin has a pretty luxurious abode with running water and electricity. First place to hit.

Putin lives in several locations. The Kremlin in Moscow is a group of fortress-like buildings. He has a “palace” on an island off of St. Petersburg. There are apartments scattered around. His yacht is quite palatial.

Yep…the political elite and oligarchs live pretty well…just like here.

The electric grid is fairly widespread…gas, coal, power dams and some nuclear.

It’s just that Russia is big and cold….like Central Canada…..and a whole lot rural.

Thank you for info. Have never been so don’t know much about it’s logistics. Was hoping they had a power grid we could use for leverage.

Russia is not lot rural... It really depends where you live..
Like if you live in Moscow or StPetersburg its huge ... But if you live outside like in the country, still it's not all rural.. As for weather, it's more like New York...
