Meaning it is all Joe's fault and it is intentional.

He refuses to take the blame for the harm and suffering his horrifically bad policies and his declared war on f****l f**ls are causing, but he wants to let the world know that this is HIS plan--and he thinks it's working.

He doesn't get to have it both ways. He doesn't get to take "credit" for this "incredible t***sition" that he believes will be his greatest accomplishment, and then turn around and try to blame anyone and everyone else he can think of when he is justifiably criticized and dropping in the polls by the moment because Americans know what he is really doing is destroying his own country in pursuit of some misguided ideological pipe dream.

Excellent point. I think it also reinforces the fact that it is intentional, too. He set this disaster in motion and now is sitting back, crossing his fingers and hoping his plan will work .. instead of changing course and doing what he can to fix the damage it is inflicting on the American people.
