Possibly, but to a much lesser degree. The oil industry was devastated by demand destruction during the p******c. Ramping production back up as demand was restored, would have been difficult in the best of circumstances. Joe Biden's attacks on the energy industry is the opposite of what Trump would have done. The opposite of what should have been done.
Putin's invasion of Ukraine was the direct result of Joe's Afghanistan debacle. Joe made the US look like a bunch of morons.

What Trump said, before Russia invaded Ukraine, was: That Putin's recognition of the independence of the Ukrainian breakaway republics of Donetsk and Luhansk was a smart move(for Putin).
Trump was correct, politically, Putin justified his coming crimes to the Russian People, and gained their support.
Trump praised Putin's strategy, not his policy. It's a shame that you are unable to discern the difference.
