The only thing I could think of is China has been sliding under the door of many small countries offering large amounts of money and HELP to some areas of Africa. China has already done the same thing in Burmuda bought up shoreline built big docks one resident that saw it stated it look like it could fit submarines in it then the Chinese locked out all islanders out and were no longer allowed to be near the site. We are being surrounded my personal paranoid opinion
