It is a recurring theme that mass shooters have sent earlier warnings that were looked into, but failed to comprehensively clip their unhinged wings.

Incarceration for threats, no not exactly...but restricting their rights to own guns, to be in households that have them, to buy them, to handle them, travel restrictions, electronic surveillance, computer social media restrictions ...people who make unhinged threats and express desires to k**l people are a threat. Wh**ever it takes to neutralize it is fair game.

Think of it as the same kind of threat as if a muslim were reported for talking about shooting up a graduation ceremony...that's what this is, d******c t*******t threats.

Chicago IL too.
All 3 governed by Democrats.

The sick/twisted part is the Biden/C*******t China regime probably have a pretty good idea who/where they are.
