It creates a lot of problems. The justices always could trust and respect each other but now that has lessened. Can justices be intimidated? Roberts is already suspected of being c*********d.

It's hard to erode something that no longer exists, funny that the federalist society sucking justice and his activist wife should be so concerned, they are part of the reason that the supreme court is a non entity that needs some serious reconstructing and elimination of biased judges.

How can you trust a judge that brings their personal beliefs to the court?
