Carbon dioxide and methane are greenhouse gasses. No reputable scientist, as far as I know, disputes their effect. The world's population has probably tripled in my lifetime. Imagine the increase in CO2 from smokestacks and. chimneys, the increase in methane from belching cows raised for meat and milk. Etc. Now look at the famous "hockey stick " graph showing the correlation of rising greenhouse emissions and temperature. Look at rising sea levels, more and stronger hurricaines,, more frequent forrest fires, data from ice cores showing increases in atmospheric carbon coinciding with all this.

Then consider if, maybe, perhaps, we ought to take a closer look at what we can do to lower carbon emissions. And as a byproduct save some petroleum, of which at least 50% is not used as fuel.

You conservatives v**ed for the likes of Marjory Taylor-Green and Donald Trump...a man who was best know for crawling up the ass of Vladimir Putin. I assume that's the strength you are looking for and not backing those in Ukraine who are fighting Putin to a standstill. You say you stand for the Rule of Law then you applaud when Trump and his crew defied it and I didn't see any of you shed any tears when your MAGA thugs stormed the Capitol building.

In fact, the only thing you fine conservatives did was quibble over whether it amounted to an i**********n or was merely a stroll in the park all while looking for Mike Pence to hang and any Democrat Congressperson they could find. Then you guys gerrymandered the Supreme Court with lies to keep Obama's nomination from being seated than when the same justification applied to Ruth Bader's seat you said it didn't apply all so you could get a third seat. That's a fine display of ethics that every conservative boy and girl should hope to emulate wouldn't you say?

And this is just the tip of the iceberg as they like to say as there is nary a Conservative in the House or Senate that has any ethics and those who do, you fine MAGA Conservatives sit there and scream at the top of your lungs that they are RINO's. Are we are expected to ignore the pile of human garbage that the Republican party has become and treat it as if that is somehow the goal of Conservatism and not what is represented by the ethics of someone like a Liz Cheney or Mitt Romney?
