The way I see this is Abbott has most of the responsibility for this disaster. They had defective machinery that caused s food poisoning bacteria to contaminate the baby food. They did not fix the machinery even after a whistle blower repotted the problem. You can't fault the FDA. they don't want an unsafe product to be produced.
However, the shortage should have been forecast. You can't just have 40% of a pershable product just disappear.

How can ANYONE possibly think that Biden is good for America? On his first day in office, he RAISED TAXES FOR 90% of Americans. He also signed an EO allowing Big Pharma to charge wh**ever they want. He ignored his own Military advisors who told him to pull the Americans and the Afghans who helped us before pulling the military out of Afghanistan. How is that good for anyone, with the possible exceptions of our enemies!

Any refugee must apply for asylum at the FIRST country entered after leaving the home country. Since neither Mexico nor Canada is an unsafe country, any person crossing our border is by definition NOT a refugee. Such a person, once in Mexico, is merely an economic migrant, at best, and a trafficked person, drug dealer, gang member, etc. at worst. No country has any moral obligation to house and feed people who break its laws and come in illegally. Try that in Canada, Britain, or China -- other countries value their borders and will eject or jail 'trespassers.'
