Over reaction in implementing economic shutdowns leading the the predictable current economic woes. Over reaction that was ineffective and caused unnecessary and disastrous economic policy results while accomplishing little or no health results. The current situation that was totally predictable though only a handful of Republican governors and only a handful of world leaders would listen. The current administration is totally ineffective in countering those bad results even though they claimed they could, so, they deservedly get the blame. Except for natural disasters, all humanity's problems can be traced back to self serving politically motivated bad decisions.

Seems to me that thinking needs to be directed towards solving difficult problems, not creating them as this administration has done. I have read more books than I could possibly count.
Never been afraid of reading a book.
Read a couple Stephen King novels that were kinda scary.
If you are not thinking when you read a book,
you don't need the book, you need a brain.
I thought about what books to read,
I was thinking while reading them,
and I thought about what I had read.
Some books do change the way we think,
some enhance or otherwise improve the way we think.
Others really make us think.
They are what we call "food for thought".
And, some books are to be avoided at all costs,
they are packed with lies, disinformation, propaganda and conspiracies.
Discriminate thought is absolutely necessary when choosing what books to read.
So, let me think about this for a minute.
OK, Peter, I thought this over, all by my self, didn't read any books, and
I've come to the conclusion that, basically, you are full of s**t.

Unfortunately, your essay on rationality and e******y is not properly carried out, especially not in K-12 schools. We have definitive evidence that children under 5 or 6 have been indoctrinated by their teachers that whiteness is bad and blackness is good, that w****s must bow down to b****s that they encounter, and on and on. And, not just in one school, but in most schools! What may have begin as an honest attempt to ameliorate the racial issue has turned into brainwashing of W****s in the lower schools. Children of those ages are not mature enough to absorb and integrate such information and use it in their daily lives. This is not on! The originators and teachers of this mess should be ashamed.
Quite properly, a majority of States have taken steps to end this abominable practice.
