They are going to be forced to rewrite the really stupid references that have been made. Supreme court decisions are based on reasons and precedent, and when they don't do that well they create a future quagmire of conflicting precedent.

The court has found that the earlier court erred ( that means "made a mistake" ) in the RvW case . It needs to rectify
( that means correct ) the early mistake . The court does not have to re-write anything , just declare that the early court made a error , and tear up RvW
Amendment X ( that means 10 , for the low info people ) ( Constitution , read it some time ! )
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Now , if the low info people cannot understand that , I feel sorry for them .... I cannot make this any clearer

I see that the constitution doesn't enter into your formula at all while the constitution is, in fact, the very primary consideration and guidance that the SCOTUS is suppose to use in their decisions.

National A******n ban sure doesn't sound like states will have a decision. Once again you people want to shove your lifestyle down everyone's throats without thinking about the consequences. This decision strikes at the right to privacy as a whole and Republicans just sit back and blindly follow along. Contraception is next, then Gay rights next thing they'll want someone watching you in your bedroom to make sure you don't do anything they don't like.

The Constitution enters very much. Do you find "A******n" in it? A search of Congressional records will show that your POTUS v**ed against Rowe in '82.

You miss the point. The fact that they would go to justice's private homes makes them radicals. Incedentally, the person(s) who doxed those names and addresses are radicals as well.
