Self preservation is a bad thing now.
I had a friend I worked with who got a divorce.
He was making good money at a very difficult job.
The judge took every cent he was making except for $42.00 / week.
Now you can say what you will . I don’t know how you can work for $42.00/ week.
No car , no apartment, no anything.
Needless to say he quit work. And moved to Florida.
Self preservation.
You can condemn him, it’s your privilege, but what would you have done ?
What should the court do ? It was a very difficult time for him to make a decision .
