This is some new info.
This all part of what led up to J6.
The alternative slate of E*****rs.

Snip>>>In another email, Diamond introduced Pennsylvania Republican House Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff to Eastman with the following: “Kerry, Dr. Eastman is responsible for opening my eyes to our ability to exercise our plenary authority to decertify p**********l e*****rs (without ANY ‘evidence’ of retail ‘v***r f***d’) …”
So he [Eastman] was angling to decertify the e******n without presenting any evidence? That's interesting. The Pennsylvania appellate court also threw out Trump's suit because they said there was no evidence. I guess we are lucky because it sure seems like Trump was working awfully hard to throw out the results all based on his lies alone! It's a good thing that our legal system held up to his assault because in many ways it seems ready to fold...

I love that you guys keep trying. Did you know that v****g in Penn was set up so you had to show yourself for the purpose that ONLY the right kind of people could v**e? The suit is in the Penn supreme court and it's not likely to stand up. But do keep trying, maybe by 2024 you can get Trump declared the winner just in time for him to lose again...

Excerpt:> Nowhere is this theft of authority more apparent than in Pennsylvania. Republican state representatives passed legislation in September to shore up v**e protection. Then Democrat Gov. Pat Wolf, without authority, initiated changes that made v**e f***d easier. Wolf’s anti-v**e security measures were upheld in October by the 5-to-1 Democrat majority Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

This unlawful decision negated legislative law requiring the rejection of mismatched signatures on b****ts. This was good news for b****t harvesters, who no longer had to worry about practicing stolen v**er signatures before mailing stolen b****ts.
