Worry over the shredding of the Constitution by those who have no knowledge of anything but sex and their own private bodies is driving me nuts. They don’t seem to understand that there was no a******n when the Constitution was written. The things not covered by the Constitution was left to the discrimination of States Rights. 1974, the Supreme Court made a fatal mistake leading to the madness and mayhem of today.
Many things are happening today, including lawlessness without punishment, endangering innocent citizens. This should never have become ingrained in the laws of this country and the protection of the police should have been protected rather than defunded. B*M and A****a are criminal institutions and should be in the DC jail being investigated and sentenced, not the innocents. As time goes by, Biden will have a number of crimes to answer for and, it is my hope, he lives long enough in a state of mentality to understand what he’s done. Unleashing r****rs on the homes of the Supreme Court is the most dastardly and churches by a handful of people who do not represent the majority of 300,000 m.

Progressives don’t see the Constitution
As a foundational legal document. They see it as a barrier to what they want.

And it is. Thanks to our forefathers who were educated, Christians or, at least Godly men.

There was indeed, a******n when the constitution was written. It probably was somewhat risky. I read an article about gardens in the middle ages that regularly grew plants that could cause a******ns. A******n was not concidered as a bad thing. You could have one untill your pregnancy quickened, that is untill you felt the fetus move.

I think your historical facts are correct, but they were very rare and mostly used so someone in nobility wasn't embarrassed. That and the stigma of an unmarried woman being pregnant.

Yes, I remember the Scarlet Woman. Once again, J. Florio to the rescue.

So others see the t***h. Wussguru is hopeless. Those that have been arrested for the J****** 6th r**t have been charged with misdemeanors, such as trespassing. We have the right, or used to, too a speedy trial and the accused has the right to see all evidence. The capital gestapo, or police have refused defense attorney's all relevant tapes of the proceeding day and that day of the r**t. Many have not been charged, yet still sit in the D.C. s**thole jail. Some in solitary confinement. As usual the lying sack wussguru, tries to equate two impeachment attempt's with a r**t at the capital. Why we respond to this lying troll (myself included) is beyond me. Possibly, because he's not all that smart and easy to defeat.

One of the big problems is that they are being locked up and haven't been convicted yet. Only accused and no speedy trial. And they are not allowed access to all evidence against them.

Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

For those low info people the above is called the 10 th Ammendment to the Constitution of the United States of America

In simple terms, the 10th Amendment to the US Constitution sets out the limits to the powers of the Federal government. It states that any powers that the Constitution does not give to the federal government are the responsibility of the states themselves.

yelp, that's the Democratic way. That is unless it's some B*M or A****a, burning, robbing and l**ting then they don't bother, just let them go "no bail necessary".
