I don't think it will make any difference with Biden at the wheel Russia is just looking for a reason and Biden is helping him in his effort. Biden is told don't do that and doubles down and then opens his damn mouth and trips and falls in it the man is a total disaster

I do not know whether the dems managed to change the system or not, but they tried valiantly.
