They fumbled the ball (Obamacare website crashes) when their receiver was wide open (GOP government shutdown) and the benefits are too complicated to explain in a 15 second tv campaign ad.
Don't worry, we won't abolish it when we take over but if you can't campaign using it, we'll get elected campaigning against it.
