Dem Rep. Swalwell claims Republicans 'want to ban interracial marriage'
Dem congressman claims Republicans would not be content with 'banning a******n'
Rep. Eric Swalwell of California claimed Tuesday that the Republican Party was seeking to ban interracial marriage.
The congressman made the statement after the Supreme Court's draft opinion showed an intention to outlaw Roe v. Wade. If the decision does go through, it will be thanks in large part to three judges appointed by former President Donald Trump. Swalwell said that Republicans would not be content with "banning a******n," and also want to ban marriage between people of different races.
"The Republicans won’t stop with banning a******n. They want to ban interracial marriage. Do you want to save that?" Swalwell wrote. "Well, then you should probably v**e."

What a liar. Nobody is banning a******n.
Also why is this c*********d scum bag who sleeps with c*******t spies still allowed his seat in our legislature?
Why are democrats always consorting with c*******ts (Feinstein, Swalwell, Clinton, Obama, Biden). Why are republican leaders (McConnell) also c*********d by c*******ts?
Our politicians continue to make a mockery of the liberties we granted them when we let their trashcan families into our country.
Time to clean house.

He didn't say they want to, what he said was that trashing the precedents that protect against state laws could lead to and affect things like that that we are covered by federal laws. The right wants us to believe it would just apply to a******n, but the same new precedent would open up everything from laws protecting gays, to religious dictates.

Are you a liar or just severely cognitively dysfunctional? Are you aware of how many states are doing just that?
I attribute it to severe ignorance

Direct quote from the man.
Looks pretty clear except to the cognitively dysfunctional.

It’s called representative constitutional government you i***t.
The constitution provides for the people to hold e******ns to elect representatives to their respective state legislatures.
These state legislatures are then authorized to pass state laws as long as they do not violate any constitutional protections.
Since the states (which created federal government and restricted its powers) never delegated their powers to regulate a******n to the federal government and all powers not expressly granted to the federal government are retained by the states - the states alone have the constitutional authority vested in them to regulate a******n.
Do you understand, or should I explain like I would explain it to a third grader?
You are against our constitutional representative form of government, that’s what you’re against. That why we call you anti-Americans.

The Federal Government is not ‘banning a******ns’. It is considering overturning a ruling because the court recognizes it never had the authority to regulate a******n to begin with.
The states legislatures have full authority to regulate a******ns as they have done since 1607 (and before that from time immemorial in England).
If the people want a******ns in their state they can have their state legislatures authorize them. If the people don’t want them in their state they can elect legislatures that restrict them. Do you have a problem with representative government?
One side of this argument is in a frenzy blowing thing way past the original argument to get ahead it’s funny Russians call the other side n**is and here you are called a r****t
