Always whining and crying about freedom, and here we are with a small minority wanting to tell a woman what she can do.

And the unintended consequences? Texas will be dealing with 50,000 unwanted babies, welfare, health costs. And before you say adoption you cannot take a baby away from it's mother because she can't afford to care for herself let alone a baby she wasn't prepared to raise.

Your opinions are irrelevant. Because the states never expressly delegated the power to regulate a******ns to the Federal government, it never had the authority to do so. Simple, even for a low IQ democrat.

Wh**ever happened to the right's cherished mantra about keeping government out of people's lives?

I know so many christians I can't count them that are against a******n, but that said do not think it is their or anyone else's business what someone else does.

I posted this on another thread, but it bares repeating over and over and over again...

If you think denying a living unborn human’s right to life is to be denied is based off Roe vs Wade, then you are basing it off of lies. That’s according to “Jane Roe” herself:

“Good morning. My name is Norma McCorvey. I’m sorry to admit that I’m the Jane Roe of Roe v. Wade. The affidavit submitted to the Supreme Court didn’t happen the way I said it did, pure and simple. I lied! Sarah Weddington and Linda Coffey needed an extreme case to make their client look pitiable. Rape seemed to be the ticket. What made rape even worse? A gang rape! It all started out as a little lie, but my little lie grew and became more horrible with each telling. Not only did I lie, but I was lied to. I did not come to the Supreme Court on behalf of a class of women. I wasn’t pursuing any legal remedy for my unwanted pregnancy. I did not go to the federal courts for relief. I met with Sarah Weddington to find out how I could obtain an a******n…. Sarah and Linda were looking for somebody, anybody, to use to further their own agenda. I was their most willing dupe.
“Since all these lies succeeded in dismantling every state’s protection of the unborn, I think it’s fair to say that the entire a******n industry is based on a lie.
“In her biography The Story of Norma McCorvey — The Woman Who Became Jane Roe, she recalled her previous notion on the subject: “A******n, to me, meant ‘going back’ to the condition of not being pregnant.” She believed, and was told, that the baby growing inside of her was “just a piece of tissue.” This belief changed with McCorvey’s conversion to Christianity.
“Like McCorvey, many have held the erroneous belief that early pregnancy yielded nothing more than a lifeless mass of tissue with no human value.”

There are more lies that formed the basis for the Roe be Wade verdict:

“Lie #1: Jane Roe had been raped.
“The t***h: She wasn’t raped… and she never had an a******n.
“Lie #2: 60% of Americans wanted legalized a******n.
“The t***h: A******n advocates told the media they had public opinion on their side. They didn’t.
“Lie #3: One million illegal a******ns had taken place in the U.S.
“The t***h: The number of illegal a******ns was a mere fraction of this.
“Lie #4: 10,000 women died annually from illegal a******ns.
“The t***h: The actual number was around 300 — even less the year before Roe.
“Lie #5: Legal a******n would lead to safe a******n.
“The t***h: Women are still injured and k**led by a******n.
“Lie #6: The embryo/fetus/preborn are not human beings.
“The t***h: Biology and technology both show us that the preborn can be nothing other than human.

“[Dr. Bernard Nathanson was one of the main proponents of legalized a******n. He founded NARAL but later became pro-life.] Nathanson, after becoming pro-life, admitted that it was a strategic move to claim that preborn children are not humans.
“One of our strategies…,” he said, “was to deny what we knew to be true: that an a******n k**ls an existing human being. We denied that fact in an effort to mislead the American public and the courts of this land.”
“Thanks to modern technology, we now have the opportunity to see inside the womb at every stage of development. Pro-choice Americans can no longer claim that preborn children are not human beings.
“If it hadn’t been for all of these lies, perhaps the United States could have found better ways to help women facing unplanned or high-risk pregnancies. K*****g preborn children has not helped end rape or poverty. It hasn’t helped women to receive equal treatment compared to men. All it has done is continue the lies that women are weak and incapable.”

The whole a******n is a right” position is based on lies.

Most Americans favor Roe v Wade, and if the radical Republican SCOTUS overturns it, that would be a BIG problem for the coming e******ns. Pro choice v**ers will come out in droves.
And marriage e******y will be next; that would tie up all American courtrooms for a decade, with 100s of 1000s of gay marriages already contracted.

Why didn't your mom exercise her right to roe vs wade?

This entire thread is evidence against the common people having a large role in government.

The conversation should have ended when they were rightly informed that the federal government has no authority to regulate a******n, and only a constitutional amendment could possible change that.

All the rest is useless noise.

Yep: The audacity of those people who believe that innocent, unborn children should be murdered on another persons whim.......

So you are opposed to laws about murder, kidnap, rape, and robbery? Care to explain that?

You need to learn the difference between a child and an unplanned/unwanted non viable fetus.

What does that have to do with anything?

That required critical thinking sk**ls. Have someone explain it to you - or I will, if you ask.
