What's so strange about that, Bevvy? I'm sure we've all had a million or so appear in our bank accounts from time to time that we couldn't account for. I'll bet H****r could clear that up for him, don't you?

In the same story Biden paid off 787k of H****r's bills. IRS laws only allow 15k a year in gifts to family members without paying taxes on that gift. Did Biden pay taxes on that 787k gift? I would bet not. Will he be held to the same tax rules as the rest of us? I would bet not again.

Every penny, of the Bidens’ (Big Guy, son, brother, wife) ill-gotten gains, should be seized and applied to the southern border wall. Then, off to Leavenworth with the lot of them!

It's not the giver that pays taxes, it's the receiver, the $15k or wh**ever the limit is is all that can be written off.

There is also loans and borrowing from family...just make it a formal contract

I'm sure OBiden checked with his accountants before offering to pay OBiden Jr's obligation. Sort of like he checked out the authenticity of the horsemen at the border "whipping" i******s or the many other acts of bad judgment he has shown.

H****r has way more than tax problems. Of course it remains to be seen how much slack the DOJ gives him in all the charges he is going to be facing. Or, any pardons he may receive.

Wrong. The person who makes the gift files the gift tax return, if necessary, and pays any tax. If someone gives you more than the annual gift tax exclusion amount — $15,000 in 2019 — the giver must file a gift tax return.
