Tesla fired dozens of workers at its gigafactory in Buffalo, New York, the day after staff at the plant unveiled plans to form a union, according to a report. A complaint filed to the U.S. National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) claims that at least one of the fired workers was part of the organizing committee, while others had been involved in labor discussions. Alleging that the firings are illegal, the complaint further claims the firings came “in retaliation for union activity and to discourage union activity.” Workers United union organizer Jaz Brisack said the job losses were “designed to terrify everyone about potential consequences of them organizing.” Bloomberg reports that workers at the plant had previously complained about overbearing workplace monitoring and grueling productivity targets which made some staff feel pressured not to take bathroom breaks.

Started back FDR after the WPA the unions said they’re always v**e democrat after that. It should not be political I understand that . The democrat party always professed they were for the working man ( preached it ) the Republicans were for the businesses ( businessman ) workers fought hard for better pay a treatment ( wildcat walk outs & strikes ) even with their life’s an still .Company’s only keep unions as long as they need them ( than move out the county ) as they have now our country produces nothing now . Iam concerned with workers s***e labor here that you commented back on because we are a ( s***e planet ) the whole system is corrupt. People deserve the right to free bargaining an good pay . It’s this way because they want it this way . Same with taxes we are Lambs being led to slaughter all created by politicians now we are a commodity being bought and sold an obsolete everything regulated all the poison being fed . Open Letter to Congress: Stop Public-Sector Unions!

To Members of the 118th Congress,

I, the undersigned, a patriotic American who believes we must STOP government unions from using members’ dues — which come from my hard-earned tax dollars — to support far-left causes.

While some states ban using union dues for Political Action Committee (PAC) contributions and require that any donations to political organizations be voluntary… most states do NOT have this law on the books.

In many states, employees’ mandatory union dues are spent propping up candidates and political causes that go against their values.

Today, I am urging you to investigate public-sector unions and STOP them from funding radical causes with taxpayer dollars and against the wishes of the members being forced to bankroll it!
