Yes everything with an RV in front of it it’s going to cost more. Heck when I was considering one I couldn’t even afford the RV itself. But I have traveled in a few and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it making it worth that money in my opinion.

However! All is well….the boat is fixed……Now if the wind will stop blowing! Our RV was rocking and rolling last night and we weren’t even playing 🎶 music!

Yes it does. Yesterday I picked up an injured chicken, (she got in the dog's yard,) our rooster took issue with that and pecked the you-know-what out of me. I put her down, (gently,) but he still kept an eye on me while I finished feeding.

Roosters have never been my favorite! LOL! We had one that would chase me when I was at the barn where he hung out a lot of the time. I had to carry a stick around to wave it at him! One day I just happened to have the water hose in my hand, I soaked that sucker when he came at me! He left me alone after that! 😂
I wasn’t that fond of putting my hands under those hens to gather the eggs either! LOL!

I guess since I put the hen down Mr.Rooster decided I made a good target. He started running at me yesterday, so adjusted his attitude with a nice firm swat with a broom. Now he eyes me, but keeps his distance

What a blessing for those of us who have been raised in the country. We learned lessons about the necessity of hard word and the joy of seeing the results of it. And so many wonderful memories of all the animals that were a part of our lives. Many years ago a friend of mine told me that I should write a book about my many stories of my childhood. I had wonderful parents and two big sisters that have always been my bff’s! Only one left now and she is 80 years old and still going strong!

If she has a personality like yours then it’s no wonder she’s 80 years old and still going strong. Meant in the best way of course.
I was a city girl most of the time had occasion to live on a farm in Port Royal Kentucky for about seven months cows and tobacco and I loved every minute of it. You may be able to relate to this but I had one cow I swear followed me around came to my bedroom window and of course she wants to go to slaughter but I told my uncle if he slaughtered her I’d slaughter him! Today, I envy what you grew up with and had and honestly believe establishes a stronger bond towards good Hardwork and appreciation of everything we have. The foundation of our country for a reason!
I’d love to read your stories even if you don’t do a complete book at least do highlight the best and put it out there. For some people it may just be a blessing and a savings grace.🌷🦋❤️
