The only thing at this very moment for the resident in the peoples house to do in order to stop what is going to happen in the mid terms would be to either put our military on the ground in Ukraine and then declare that we are on a war footing or to declare Mashal Law in order to prevent the oncoming red tsunami for the conservatives. What do you all think about my position on this?

If he put military on the ground in Ukraine I would hope he would LOSE v**es. I could, however, see the Democrats figuring out some excuse to declare martial law or some reason for no in person v****g to not get creamed in the midterms

Ex Parte Milligan 1866 states that martial law can only be imposed when civil authority is unable to function, can only be imposed on the limited area where that inability occurs, and only for as long as it takes for civil authority to be able to function again. Martial law may be imposed by governors or the feds, and both have used it numerous times.
