What Trump said in his speech didn't "incite" anything. This is all bullscat.

He started in August.

His P***d B**s were at work on the barricades as he was speaking. That he did not incite the r**t is spin that only works for card carrying cult members.

And those that wish they could afford a $75 gold coloured Trump autographed cult membership card.

His defence was he was acting on Trumps behalf. He responded to Trumps request. Trump was the instigator. He would not have been there and done what he did if Trump had not tried to instigate an i**********n. Trump is on trial, figurative, in every trial of those that followed his directions. All of the people he used.

You people are so, so,so fkng..........eh......never mind. Tired of dealing with the brainwashed.

Well, I was trying to be nice in my previous post. I retract that now.
Sit there on your fat ass, and die. The sooner the better. You people are destroying the world.

Archie I could be totally wrong. I am not privy to the t***h.

Trump might be the most honest man God ever created, his words.

Maybe he has no responsibility for what happened J6. Maybe he does not know Ginny Thomas. Maybe he accepted defeat gracefully. Maybe he has always been a fine upstanding man or at least since 2017 when he took the Oath of Office.

I know he did great things for the short term economy. I know he strengthened the Nationalist cause by withdrawing America from detrimental agreements. And I know that reduced immigration.

I think he was hands organizing J6.

These i***ts always say the defendant was acting on Trumps orders. Gee, wonder why? Could it be they’re trying to get a lesser sentence. Might as well say the devil made me do it. Since you still converse with rat Riley you might want to mention if the judge had praised Trump for J*** 6th he’d still have to recuse himself IMO.

Case in hand now. Should Thomas recluse himself from J6 cases.

Rumour has it that not only did Ginny bankroll protestors, she had a hand in advising Trump on the planning of J6.

Could there be any hint of bias.
Hint, he was the sole decent on releasing WH records that implicated Ginnie.

Don’t get used to this because I can’t stand your chicken butt. But others may wonder. Thomas is not responsible for his wife’s views or associations. Kinda like saying Ginsburg, a huge proponent of a******n couldn’t rule on Roe vs Wade. now if she’d have said so and so should get an a******n, and so and so did, and died. She probably would have to recuse herself if the family sued and it went all the way to the Supreme Court. By the way, since you are reincarnated, any chance you can reverse it and go back to being a slime mold?

And now you all see why I ignore ignorant low I.Q. people. When someone answers a question with a question they aren’t worth responding to.

Trump WANTED barricades. He wanted there to be troops from the National Guard there on that day. He REQUESTED that there be troops there.... The one who turned him down when he requested it was Nancy Pelosi.

You should have been made aware of that by now. It's certainly been debunked that it was Trump who did not want troops there...

And don't you lefties wonder why Nancy's C*****l P****e were letting people into the building????? Don't those videos bother you if you're trying to spin it that Trump incited the r**t??? It was another set-up by the Dems to "get" Trump by the Dems.

T***h matters not one bit too lying progressives such as Rascal. The police have admitted they escorted people in. Had too. It’s on tape, that defense attorneys have used in court. FBI informers and C.I.’s were also admittedly present. The left has no t***hs or morals. Should be eliminated.

Judge slams Trump as 'charlatan' after jury finds J*** 6 r****r guilty on all counts. He said Trump doesn't care about democracy, "but only about power."

Trump deflects blame for J*** 6 r**ts

A federal judge in D.C. on Thursday delivered a scathing rebuke of former President Donald Trump and expressed dismay over the state of American politics just moments after a jury found a defendant charged in the J*** 6 Capitol r**t guilty on all charges.

"You know, I think our democracy is in trouble," Judge Reggie Walton said at the conclusion of the third jury trial for a defendant charged in the Capitol assault. "Because unfortunately, we have charlatans like our former president, who doesn't in my view really care about democracy, but only about power. And as a result of that, it's tearing this country apart."

Walton, an appointee of former President George W. Bush and one of the most senior judges on the D.C. court, said that he's received letters from people around the country expressing concern the justice system isn't confronting J*** 6 -- which he called an "insurgency," with the seriousness it deserves.

"I have a concern that we have, unfortunately, American citizens who were so gullible that they were willing to accept what was being said without any proof that the allegations about the e******n had any merit whatsoever," Walton said. "People are just outraged at how they feel our system is not taking seriously what happened on that day because of their fear of the future of this country."

His remarks came after a jury delivered a guilty verdict for an Ohio man charged in the J*** 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol who sought to defend himself by claiming he was following former Trump's "orders."

Dustin Thompson, 38, is the third defendant charged in connection with the Capitol attack to take their case before a jury. The six charges against him included one felony count of obstruction of Congress.

Rather than seeking to dispute the allegations against him -- that he joined the pro-Trump mob in storming the Capitol and stole a bottle of bourbon and a coat rack from the Senate parliamentarian's office, Thompson instead sought to place responsibility for his actions on Trump and his speech on the Ellipse where he urged his followers to march on the Capitol.

Dozens of others among the nearly 800 people charged thus far in the Justice Department's J*** 6 investigation have sought to make similar arguments, putting the onus on the former president and his allies who tricked them into believing baseless conspiracy theories about a s****n e******n.

That Thompson's defense fell flat with a jury could have an influence on other alleged r****rs holding out hopes they could adopt a similar strategy in their cases.

"Defense counsel wants you to focus so much on what President Trump said on the morning of J*** 6, he wants you to forget what his client did on the afternoon of J*** 6," assistant US attorney Bill Dreher said in closing arguments Thursday. "Ladies and gentlemen, you don't have to choose. This is not President Trump's criminal trial."

Speaking directly to the jury, Dreher said, "you can be mad about what happened that day, you can think what President Trump did was wrong, you can think that what he said that day led them to go do what they did."

"That doesn't matter," he continued. "As long as you find -- if you find, that Mr. Thompson knew that what he was doing was unlawful. He was 36 years old on J*** 6 ... an adult, not a child. President Trump didn't hold his hand as he walked down to the Capitol to l**t and defile the Senate Parliamentarian's office."

Dreher said that Thompson's effort to put the blame on Trump's words was not only irrelevant, but misleading -- because it doesn't appear based on data obtained from Thompson's Uber account that he was even present at Trump's Ellipse speech.

"It's a story that is not true and that does not hold up," Dreher said.

Following the reading of the verdict, Judge Walton ordered Thompson to remain in custody pending his sentencing and slammed him for his testimony in the trial, which Walton said he found "totally disingenuous" and "not t***hful."

"I just don't think you can do what he did and what the other folks did if you're convicted and expect to be free," Walton said. "It's a consequence -- as my mother once told me, 'you make your bed you got'ta lie in it.'"

Thompson is set to be sentenced in July.
