Dozens of people have reportedly died after a missile strike hit a train station in the Ukrainian-controlled city of Kramatorsk, where civilians were said to be evacuating the region. (Warning: graphic imagery.)

Though both Ukraine and Russia have agreed that a missile hit the train station, the two sides blamed each other for the attack.

Ukrainian officials have claimed that the missile in question was from an Iskander system.

“Russian N**is hit the Kramatorsk railway station, using an Iskander missile system. Police and rescuers are working on the spot. There are dozens of k**led and injured people,” Ukraine’s Donetsk Regional Military Administrator Pavlo Kyrylenko wrote according to Ukrinform.

Kyrylenko claimed that thousands of people were at the railway station during the time of the missile attack amid the civilian evacuation of the Donetsk region.

Meanwhile, a statement from the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) – a Russia-backed separatist entity that Moscow has recognized as a sovereign state – said: “A missile strike was delivered on the railway station in Kramatorsk where the evacuation of civilians is underway. The Tochka-U missile fragments fell in close proximity to the railway station.”

According to the TASS Russian state news agency, the DRP territorial defence headquarters claimed that the Tochka-U tactical missile they say was used in the railway strike is not operational their territory or the other separatist region of Luhansk, but it is used by the Ukrainian military.

Ukraine’s state-owned railway company, Ukrzaliznytsia, claims that over 30 people were k**led in the blast and over 100 were injured.

They described the incident as a “targeted attack on the passenger infrastructure of the railway and residents of the city of Kramatorsk.”

Despite Russia denying involvement, the attack has already seen international condemnation of Moscow, including from the United Kingdom and the European Union.

The European Union’s foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, “strongly condemned” Russia for the attack, describing the strike “as another attempt to close escape routes for those fleeing this unjustified war and cause human suffering”.

The United Kingdom’s foreign secretary, Liz Truss, said that she was “appalled” by the train station attack and that “targeting of civilians is a war crime”.

“We will hold Russia and Putin to account,” Truss added.

To me, this sounds just like Syria, when Assad was blamed for gas attacks on the civilian population when he was winning the war. Why would he, or his military, do something to galvanize world opinion against him.

The same holds true in Ukraine. You know that Zalensky is attempting to mobilize world opinion against Russia. It does not serve Putin's interest to needlessly harm the civilian population and feed the sanctions' movement. Unless it can be proven otherwise, it would not be prudent to jump the gun and simply assume that this was a Russian attack.

I am sorry to tell you that you should do deep research about Putin he is not EVIL as he was painted to be. The deep state spewed lies on him. In fact Putin id the most respectable person as leader and his people totally love him about 75% to 80% are with him. And he is a strong believer in God.

My dad used to tell me stories about Putin and what he did while he was KGB Agent... His friends (my dad's) would disappear in the middle of the night because they dared to joke about Soviet President... He would send them to Gulag, Siberia as political prisoners... This is what Putin wants to bring back... Soviet Union so he can imprison or murder people who disagree with him.

No, Putin is not Evil. Russia is not Soviet Union. My father in law, a German and was Russian prisoner in WW2 he had noting bad to say about Russian he said they didn't mistreat the prisoners and the Russian people were very nice to the German prisoners. When he was released after the war they gave him a Russian military hat as souvenir and he gave it to us.

In the past, Russia was our ally, it helped America in the revolutionary war and also civil war to fight against the South and British that helped the South. Russia never had been our enemy it is the g*******t that doesn't like Russia because Russia is very independent does not accept the concept of a One World Government and Putin really stands firm against it and the CIA as we know it serves the cabal so they have to make Russia our enemy.

Ukraine is the hub of all criminal activities of the deep state and the cabal. Ukraine had also played the role in C****-** p******c. There were more than 30 bio labs and many N**i camps in Ukraine funded and trained by the CIA and DoD.

It is NOT the thought process, or caring at all, about the difference between right and wrong that normal people have. But Russia is feasting on the stupidity of westerners like we are seeing on OPP and elsewhere.
Back in the days of reality it was considered "aiding and abetting the enemy" "aiding and giving comfort to the enemy". The Putin supporters on here are GUILTY of just that.
