In the one case, it is Conservative Democrats who were trying to prevent change. In the other case, it is Conservative Republicans who were trying to prevent change. And thanks be to Biden for choosing her on the basis of skin color and sex. That made this a r****t and sexist choice. I didn't realize that a judges ability to rule on the constitutionality of an issue was found in the gonads and skin!
