I’ve never seen, heard or read about more atrocious war crimes than Russia has committed with the unprovoked invasion of the Ukraine. The Russian peoples’ leader should be punished to the full extent of international law, but not the Russian people.

Was Iraq as deadly to children and the weak and was Iraq a country of faithful citizens such as Ukraine. I seem to recall WOMD and emissaries coming here asking us for help.
We should never have gone in there. There was 9/11, perpetrated by Arabs. The world was outraged and so were we. But we were deluded, just as we were in Afghanistan. Our guys were dying and leaving arms and legs and eyes for the saving of our country. How? In the end, twenty years later, we just walked out and left billions of dollars worth of equipment for our enemies to use against Christians. Not to mention: American blood. Same as in France years ago and they threw us out. Some very wise American asked if it would be okay to leave the American blood. I haven’t missed a lot.
I’ve been wrong a few times, I’ll admit. Being an Air Force officers’ wife, though I wasn’t actually n the military, I was very exposed.

We hit Iraq with a true scorched earth policy. We leveled neighborhoods. Scores k**led. Upwards of half a million.

We, the US, did that.

Iraq k**led hundreds of thousands of children... And yes, they were faithful citizens to their nation... That's a d********g question... Especially if it means what I think it means...

9/11 had nothing to do with Iraq... They weren't friends with the Saudis or Afghanistan...

No WMDs...

Just millions of dead Iraqis...

Well done...

My husband and I spent twenty one years in the AirForce, side by side with patriots. We watched widows being made during Nam. He had his first degree in pure math from Rutgers and his Masters from Boston University. Do you really think I just began watching the news?

It appears that way...

Since you're unaware of these wars and the horrific actions that were part of them...

And I wasn’t unaware of these wars. Perhaps as an American in the mix of things, my view was different from yours. There were atrocities on both sides. In Vietnam, our people could scarcely recognize the enemies from the friendlies. Then there were the Chinese. AND our newspapers printing wrong information which those who had been there witnessed. Printing horrendous stories with no basis with the pilot’s hometown newspapers just to disturb the families. I could go on and on. Yes I knew about all of these hideous things. In Japan we had only the Stars and Stripes news paper. In England, we had decent news, in Italy, we had only one English language mewspaper.

We’re you there or just read the newspaper’s twisted version?
