Zyro - I'm just checking in to see how your are doing? I keep you in the morning prayer, and I know - losing someone you were particularly close to is like a 'punch in the gut' and it takes more than a few days to even consider that you must move on.

The Lord does not promise us good days. What He does promise is that He will be with us through thick and thin, with us in the valley and one the mountain top and through the darkness of our bad times. God is in total control and He does things that we just can not understand with our little tiny minds.
