Mental illness comes in all forms. Yes, I know you are so pleased that that apparently she is a Christian' If she smothered them with Obama f**gs you would just say how sorry you were that some people are mentally ill. This way you can chortle "oh look at what Christians are doing"

I'm not pleased, but your suggestion that someone's faith is important...isn't. I'm going to work really hard...not because I don't believe in God...I'm just tired of hearing it as excuse for success, failure, mental illness, punishment. I do not love Obama and I know Obama doesn't love me, but I know God does. But giving God credit for everything isn't where I come from...at the end of day...reality is...I am responsible...chasing butterflies doesn't make life go away.

You of all people should understand that drugs, and escape are coping mechanisms. Mental illness is permanent state of mind in which (however achieved) is unbreakable coping mechanism. Religion, is a coping mechanism and churches are false doorways. You cannot come to God but through his son, and most churches are a roadblock. Earnest prayer is the only way. With that:

"Illusions commend themselves to us because they save us pain and allow us to enjoy pleasure instead. We must therefore accept it without complaint, when they sometimes collide with a bit of reality; against which they are dashed to pieces."
– Sigmund Freud
“The foundation of all mental illness is the avoidance of legitimate suffering”
-Carl Jung

Carl Jung, ought to know, he suffered delusions for about 8 years. He kept a very detailed diary, called the brown book, which was finally published posthumously.

Talking about how someone else views the world (you) is not how I view the world, which means we will never agree and in the scope of my short time on earth: it matters not.

Had you not introduced the subject with an offhand disrespectful comment I might have assumed that you were serious, but your approach certainly did not indicate that at all.
