Yeah, I can't count how many times I've heard " the lesser of two evils " when people describe their v**es. Who the hell said we have to accept ANY evil? There ARE other parties, although the big two have always worked together to make folks think there's not. It's too bad they can only work together to do evil.

It could be that anyone in the desire to be elected, should be "pro" American only. NO party platform...NO lobbyist...NO pay offs under the table. The qualifications should be raised to the highest standards possible, and polygraph test run monthly as well as drug screening. It should take a large number of signed up v**ers to support a candidate and by total number of all v**es, should be who wins. If a person running for office wins, it should be like any other job...they do it and do it right or are fired and replaced. Total accountability.

...unfortunately, it is so inbred into the system, it is impossible to create "the people's" candidate. Too many conflicting agendas...

The money Cabal owns both parties as well as the bought "Main Stream Media". with that all other parties have been pretty much eliminated. The billions spent to expose and fight this s**m end up in the coffers of the s**mmers. Pretty slick operation. not to mention the r****d v****g machines exposed.

An observation. On of the first posts on this site today was by Glaucon's "We are fighting the wrong enemy." He specifically excluded both political parties and cited the growing imbalance of wealth distribution as a cause for concern. I do not believe there is any reader who will not concede that both parties have been bought off by wealthy special interst groups. The post elicited a copious stream of animus. It is intersting that none, or few, of the purveyors of this vitriol have commented on this post, which is along the same line but does not focus directly on the money issue.
