Should the US set up a no fly zone in Ukraine?

Given that the Russians appear to be using a scorched earth approach to Ukraine should the US institute a no-fly zone even if it might lead to WWIII?

Initially, I thought no but it's clear that Putin intends to turn Ukraine into a pile of ash. There are still 40 million people left inside the country and Putin could care less if he k**ls every one of them. So should we fight on the side of Ukrainians or should we be isolationists and sit back while Putin k**ls every last Ukrainian?

Where are you getting the idea that it's a scorched earth policy???

Compare am the US drive to Baghdad vs the three weeks this has been going on in the Ukraine...

Huge difference in civilian casualties and damage to the infrastructure...

If Putin wanted to level the Ukraine, it would have happened already...

What do you think is happening...a surgical takeover of the country? Where are you getting your information? What journalists are reporting anything but near destruction of a country? Does China have embedded journalists? As for infrastructure: gas, water, and electricity are out throughout the country. Grocery store shelves are empty. Roads have been shelled and bridges were blown. The US never knocked out gas, water, and electricity to Bagdad and what happened in Iraq civilians only reinforces the need for a no-fly zone in Ukraine...thank you for making my case!

Lots of journalists aren't following the MSM narrative Peter...

Gas is on in various parts...As is water and electricity... Depends where the fighting is... Certainly the Western Ukraine hasn't been cut off yet...
Food is being brought in to the occupied areas... But you're correct, where the fighting is taking place supply lines have been disrupted...
Bridges and roads have been shelled by the Ukrainians to slow the Russians... Or do you think they're trying to make it harder on themselves???
The US did all that and more...
And there is already a no fly zone... The Russians set it up... Just like the US did in Iraq...

We shouldn't...
We've done enough already...
The Ukraine needs to sue for peace and accept their losses...

And who are they going to sue and do they have a choice other than to accept their losses?

What happened to NATO?

Acting alone, outside of NATO, would be so incredibly stupid that only Democrats would even suggest such a thing.

Putin is sweating bullets, hiring 16,000 mercenaries @ $3,000.00 per month (Russian troops will love hearing that),

and now Putin is begging China for HELP!

NATO weapons are bleeding Putin dry, ramp up delivery of weapons, ammunition, food & medical supplies.

Get those Mig-29's to Ukraine NOW!

No, and never. Not our fight/war.

Quit following the shiny object and open your eyes. The tail is wagging the dog.

Stop being upset with what's happening half way around the world and get upset about the destruction of OUR country and way of life.
