When Bibi was PM, he vowed to take out Iran if they ever got nukes. With this new guy, who knows?

I believe all the 'deals' made by Presidents (any President) is circumventing the Constitution. A 'deal' is more or less a treaty and needs to be passed thru Congress. Certainly the President can broker the deal - but it needs Congressional approval.
