I’m sure a lot of you remember Mr. Magoo, a cartoon character voiced by Jim Backus. Mr. Magoo was an elderly, wealthy, retiree who gets into a series of situations as a result of his extreme near-sightedness, compounded by his stubborn refusal to admit the problem.
I can’t help but think of Mr. Magoo when seeing Biden talking. Looks like him (his eyes are a dead giveaway), sounds like him, and acts like him. Just as though the character was based on Biden.

I equate him more with the Tasmanian devil character. Sees what’s ahead, spins up and destroys everything. No consequence ever.
