If you're adult enough to k**l, you should be treated as an adult in a court of law!

Many will disagree, but I say no. They are not given all the rights of being an adult so they should not be treated as one if they committ a crime. They cannot be an adult in some situations but not in others. They are an adult or a juvenile, but not both.

Hmmm, I would move that back to 15 year olds and in some instances 14 year olds.

Depends on the age. Not a teenager, definitely not. Close to 18, probably yes unless they're extenuating circumstances. I trust a judge to sort or the details.

A couple of kids who k**led were classmates of mine. "Becky" had a r****ded brother and a boy who rode the school bus with them mistreated and picked on Beckys r****ded brother unmercifully . On day it was too much and Becky plunged a hunting knife into the bullys heart. Another boy "Mike" was my teammate in the 9th grade. His alcoholic father was beating his mother and choking his younger brother who was trying to defend her. Mike did the only thing he could do and shot his father k*****g him with a shotgun. Another boy "Louie" shot our 8th grade English teacher in the chest with a pistol. I am not sure what happened to these kids for what they did. Each had different circumstances. Tell me what should have happened to them. The English teacher lived.

That is the way I saw it. I never saw these kids in school again. Louie lived to be about 30--- a paint sniffing diabetic.
