For one, he doesn't understand that m**A elicits antibody production but NOT innate immunity which is carried in memory lymphocytes and kicks in when the next encounter with the v***s occurs. It is why the m**A or adenov***s based v*****es don't work but for short term and also why the new variants are not stopped by previous v*****es.
