Show me two widely differing versions of facts on political topics and I will show you that there is but one set of facts, and one side will be using the facts while the other is using pure garbage that is typically so stupid that it's hard to figure out how people could be so ignorant and stupid as to believe them, because make no mistake they are choosing to believe what they want to believe.

The right chooses to believe in the unproven side, while refusing to even look at the facts because that is supposedly the lies the other side believes.

The only answer to this is to regulate the the facts that are used in media...but those who choose to believe the lies will not support efforts to stem the flow of stupid lies and misinformation. It even goes so far that they will not acknowledge easily proven facts of the most obviously valid sources...everything is a lie, but they choose to believe things that have absolutely no reasonable source.

Lies are just that until you can show a source that is credible, that don't rely on vague sources that "everybody knows". No, everybody doesn't know ridiculous conspiracy theories or accept them as facts.

Those who choose to believe lies also defend the idea that being lied to represents freedom of speech as well, and that is like saying you believe banks have a right to defraud people.
