Go Fund Me Steals Canadian Truck Convoy Money. What To Do About It If you Donated:
Go Fund Me has frozen donations to the account that was set up for the Canadian truck convoy, saying the convoy was becoming "violent".
At first they said that people who disagreed with their "decision" could fill out a form to have their money refunded, but then they reneged on that and said they were "automatically" going to refund money to people....and GET THIS...if they could not find the donor they were going to give it to a charity of their choosing (like B*M or A****a)!!
WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW HAS DONATED:
DO NOT request a refund - GFM will charge you a fee for that.....BUT you can do a chargeback on your credit card. That way, GFM will have to pay the chargeback fee (~$35.00) and you still get your money back.

Oh, I SOOOO agree with you, and I hope they go out of business, too! These people run a site that you are supposed to trust, and look what they're doing!!! I knew they were a left-leaning site, but I didn't think they would be this evil!
