Two important points.
Reagan ignored the Sherman Anti Trust Act
Reagan abolished salary Caps on CEOs.
Therefore, Corporations cannot become too big,
fitting in with Reagan’s Greed is Good campaign.
And the CEOs cannot make
Too Much Money.
