Why are you surprised? Isn’t that the way dictatorships are born. First allow your opponent no way to message the citizens. Today the internet and news media, radio and TV, are the way information is disseminated. By blocking one side only the “correct” viewpoint is allowed. Why are you surprised?

Actually, I'm not. I'm just shell-chocked that a great "freedom of speech" country (the greatest in the world) has come to this. It's just shocking that anyone, one of the standout provisions of the Constitution, would want to stifle "free speech". But there is no doubt that we are becoming more SMC (socialist/Marxist/c*******t) every day with this joke of a president.

They just want to stifle free speech that they disagree with which doesn't promote their narrative. That's all!

Our founding fathers and "freedom of speech" ~ one of the biggest attractions that make America better than any other of the 250 countries, and the Left wants to take that away. Now, that's a crime in itself. But you're right, they allow free speech, as long as it's in line with their agenda. It's ashame that twitter, facebook, youtube got so big. Or we would tell them all to go to Haiti's.

Freedom of speech simply guarantees that the government can’t arrest you for speaking or publishing your opinion no matter how dishonest or repugnant. There are of course some limitations such as the criminalization of child pornography or speech that insights r**ting or other immediate violent criminal activity. In no way does the first amendment guarantee others provide a platform for the spewing of h**e lies and nonsense. In fact insisting that a media outlet provide a platform to anyone infringes on their first amendment rights.

nope.
ViewPoints are not researched facts. There is no correct viewpoint.
that's why it's a viewpoint

May I submit that some/many of the points you make are opinion items from various news personalities. It seems to me that often both sides resort to citing opinions rather than facts. History is not made by on the spot opinions but after years of digesting what is reported to have happened by at least twenty or more observers. Then somewhere out of that collection comes a more reliable history. Do you actually believe that Biden will go down in history as a leader? I believe he will be more compared with Nero, the man who fiddled while Rome burned.
