Interstate Migrants Are Making Texas Richer.

Businesses in Texas are shoveling money into their bank vaults by the wheel barrels full.

Restaurants, retailers, auto dealerships, real estate brokers and the entire service industry.

Everybody's business is booming and it's all because everybody wants to move to Texas.

U-Haul facilities in California are totally overwhelmed with Californians moving to Texas.

New York is also witnessing a mass exodus in which many of them are moving to Texas.

I call them "Interstate Migrants".

They're coming in every single day and they're spending money like it's growing on trees.

If you could open a decent, well managed restaurant, or essential business in any of our thriving cities, you could literally make your fortune in no time.

There is however, an irritating side affect to all of this sudden influx of new citizens.

The damned traffic.

I happen to be in the business of conducting traffic surveys and for this past year of 2021 we have documented studies that reveal a record breaking increase in the amount of vehicles utilizing our Texas roadways.

I'm managing a project presently that is a department of t***sportation travel study of traffic flowing from Houston to the Brownsville, Mc Allen and Edinburg area.

All of these cities are witnessing a steady flow of incoming new residents.

And it's obvious that they're beginning to overwhelm some of the local businesses and city services.

Every day and night, the restaurants are full to the brim.

And anybody selling what the people want, is sure to be busy restocking product and counting the profits.

I'm heading down to Corpus Christi Texas tomorrow to inspect site locations for an upcoming DPS project.

Corpus is a nice little city on the Gulf Coast that is also attracting newcomers.

These interstate migrants are pumping cash into the Texas economy.

And we're literally raking in the proceeds.
